We're confident you'll love our products and we want you to have that same level of confidence in your purchase which is why we offer hassle free returns within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return or exchange , items must be unworn, in the same condition that you received them, and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless KyElla Design Co. has sent an incorrect size/style or a damaged item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: Earrings, Sale or Clearance items, Custom Orders

To complete your return or exchange: Please contact us to initiate the return process. Once your item is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

All our clothing items are unisex sizing. For men we suggest purchasing your normal size, for women we recommend sizing down for a more fitted look or select your normal size for a looser fit.

Our jewelry is 18k gold plated with a stainless steel base which allows us to provide you with high quality styles at an affordable price point. Styles plated over stainless steel are non tarnishing, hypo allergenic, and waterproof. 

All jewelry items are nickel free which is the most common cause of allergens. 

Base metal of some sale items may vary, please check each individual listing to see the base metal.
